Spanning 16,128 square meters with a planned capacity of 310 eldercare beds, Shanghai Fengxian District Jinhai Yuexin Eldercare requires continuous floor cleanliness maintenance across corridors and public activity areas on floors 1 through 7, as well as inter-floor delivery of family parcels. The facility deployed PUDU CC1 to carry out scheduled cleaning, leveraging consistent coverage to address issues such as uneven manual cleaning quality, easily missed corners, and delayed responsiveness. At the same time, Flashbot Pro is used to deliver parcels from the gatehouse and lobby to residents' doorsteps, while external cameras assist with safety patrols and abnormal alerts. The two types of robots collaborate to take over repetitive tasks, freeing up more time for nursing staff to focus on core care duties while enhancing the continuity and standardization of service responses across the facility.
