Note: This service package is available only in the United States and Canada.

The service package includes comprehensive repair service, one-time installation and deployment service (available only during the warranty period), four annual preventive maintenance visits, and complimentary spare parts supply.

One-Time Installation & Deployment: Installation service will be initiated promptly after the robot is delivered, with customer service providing full-process coordination and follow-up.

Proactive Protection: Four preventive maintenance visits per year help identify potential issues in advance and reduce downtime risks at the source.

Comprehensive Repair Service: Unlimited on-site repair services with rapid fault response, without any restriction on the number of service visits.

No Additional Service Fees: On-site services include labor, travel expenses, and faulty spare parts replacement, with no extra charges throughout the process.
