This customer is a well-known shopping center developer and operator in Colombia whose commercial properties serve as key economic and social hubs for the region. They make a substantial contribution to retail and employment, and their influence ranks among the top in Latin America. To address the pressure of cleaning large commercial centers across long hours and vast areas, the customer deployed a dual-robot collaborative solution with the PUDU CC1 and PUDU MT1. The CC1 performs scrubbing 8–10 hours a day, while the MT1 sweeps 10 hours a day, covering core areas such as corridors, lobbies, atriums, and seating areas. Together, the two models deliver nearly 20 hours of stable operation daily, directly reducing the need for two full-time cleaners and significantly reducing labor costs. At the same time, the high-quality, full-coverage cleaning and the tech-forward image of two robots working in tandem reinforce the mall’s premium and intelligent brand identity.
