The sewing, weaving, cutting, and packaging workshops of Regent Garment Factory Limited in Vietnam continuously generate threads, lint, and fabric scraps during production. Floor waste accumulates quickly, and the previous manual method of cleaning once an hour was time-consuming and labor-intensive, also affecting the production environment and the perception during client visits. The factory introduced PUDU MT1, focusing on the sewing workshop and main aisles and extending to other production areas. Through large-capacity dust collection, wide-width cleaning, and multiple operation modes, the robot undertakes high-frequency scheduled sweeping tasks, helping the enterprise improve the continuity and standardization of cleaning operations, while supporting daily factory operations and demonstrating an intelligent image with more flexible staff scheduling.
